Shipping policy

All Soft Devotion products are currently digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. 

After completing your purchase, your digital file will be delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes. 

If you do not receive your file, please contact us at hello@softdevotion.com and we will send it directly. 

When physical products become available, this policy will be updated to reflect shipping times, locations served, and delivery methods.
